854 Kodak Dr

Hidden from the street and approached through a gated courtyard, 854 Kodak Drive is a Silver Lake compound with presence and discretion. The lush entry garden planted with soaring bird of paradise and anchored by an outdoor fireplace sets a tone of seclusion and calm. Inside the highly updated bungalow-style residence, the main level opens to a seamless living, dining, and kitchen space finished in Farrow & Ball paint and hardwood floors, with a stately mantled fireplace as its centerpiece. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors extend to a wraparound deck with hillside views and a glimpse of Downtown. Two bedrooms and a full bath complete this floor, along with a club-like bonus room where wood ceilings, custom cabinetry, a fireplace, and a marble-topped bar create an atmosphere for intimate gatherings. The lower level is anchored by the primary suite, with a walk-in closet lined in custom built-ins and a marble-clad bath detailed with designer fixtures and underfloor heating. A fourth bedroom with a private entrance and full bath functions as a discreet guest suite, office, or rental. Both bedrooms open to a walled garden shaded by mature trees and climbing vines, complete with an outdoor shower and wiring for a future hot tub.Positioned near Sunset Junction and Virgil Village, and close to Bellevue Recreation Center and Park, the property offers privacy, architectural character, and a rare sense of quiet luxury in one of Los Angeles's most coveted enclaves.
